First of all, after completing the EASA atpl exams, you can continue in Turkey for the remaining training. There is no obstacle to this. You can complete your remaining IR CPL MEP IRME trainings at a school in Turkey that you have agreed with. The license you have obtained will no longer be EASA and will continue as a TR / ICAO license. If you want to convert to EASA in the future, you will need to make an extra flight again.
